Tried the gatta recipe. It was my first time trying gates of any type. Was also apprehensive of the amount of oil in the recipe. Must say I cut down a little ;). But what got dished out to my family was fabulous. They thought it was the cook that made it. And given it was consumed in my absence they gave her all the credit for it too. And said it paralleled the best of gattas served at restaurants. Thanks! Will make again soon      -Divya 

 

Awesome best paneer makhni recipe ever. Tried this for lunch today. so thankful to you for posting this recipe. I had all the ingredients, perfect ratio of onion to tomatoes and ginger to garlic. my pots and pans behaved today and nothing stuck to the pan or burnt itself off when I was not looking. maybe this is a magic recipe, nothing burns and tastes delicious. Ate it all at Lunch…Sigh!.. no left overs for dinner. cheers     -Kamal
