With all due respect to the dal-Chawal, Idli-dosa and Khichdis, its Rajma Chawal that makes people nostalgic, home-sick and specially mom-sick. Everyone I know, claims that their mom makes the best Rajma Chawal in this world!!! And I totally believe that. That’s the best part about Rajma Chawal. Its simple, duplicable and tastes divine. What more can you ask of a dish?
