I am gravitating more and more towards no-bake cakes these days and why not? They are quick, easy and every bit as delicious as their more complicated counterparts. They are a God-send when you have a special occasion coming up and the kids are running around, you are in the middle of a move, kitchen is a chaos, there are boxes all around but you being you, still want to make a statement and do something nice. 🙂 Hey, nothing wrong with wanting to make a statement, right?
