Ingredients-
3/4 cup whole Urad dal, black
Water to soak dal
1 and 1/2 tsp Salt
275 gms Tomatoes
20 gms Garlic cloves
8 gms Ginger
3/4 cup Water, to clean out dal from blender
6 tbsp Ghee
1 Tej Patta, Bayleaf
1 black Cardamom, crushed
3 tsp red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
1 and 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
3/4 cup Milk, Full Fat
1 tbsp and 1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 chopped Tomato
3 tbsp heavy Cream
