Rava Idli|Suji Idli is a different take on the very tasty Rice/dal Idlis that most of the Indians grew up eating. It is much lighter on stomach hence easy to digest. But more than anything, it can be prepared without any prior planning. No fermentation means you can make idles within 20 minutes of craving for it. How cool is that?
Recipe-
2 cups Semolina
1 1/2 cup plus 1/8 cup full fat Yogurt
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt (3/4 for each batch)
Oil to grease Idli plates
