I am a self-proclaimed Gulab Jamun Fan. Even the worst gulab Jamuns beat a lot of good sweets any day. I have finalized this recipe after a lot of hit and trials so I hope you like it. Even the teeny tiny 2 gms of flour can make or break your Gulab Jamuns and that’s why I have given the measurements by weight.
Recipe-
Ingredients
354 gms Khoya ( 2 cups full fat Milk powder and 3/4 cup Heavy cream)
37.5 gms Maida/All purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
less than 1/4 tsp Baking Soda (3/4th of a Quarter teaspoon)
4 tbsp whole Milk
For Sugar Syrup-
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Gulab Jal/ Rose water
Saffron Strands
