Here is the written recipe-
For the Filling
25 gms Cashews
25 gms Pistachios
30 gms Almonds
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
150 gms. Mawa
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp milk
For the Dough
2 cups All purpose Flour
5 tbsp. Ghee (at room temp – semi solid state)
2/3 cup Water
For Sugar syrup
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
2-3 tsp lemon juice
pinch of saffron
Ghee for frying
Mawa, nuts and saffron to garnish.
